5. Free Pickup Promotions
When we are running a “free pickup” offer (for example, for rugs 8 × 10 or larger), the promotional terms apply only to the stated size/conditions and dates. Any pickup or delivery outside of the promotion may incur standard fees.

While we take every precaution and apply industry-standard practices, Gentle Genie Rug Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, fading, color loss, shrinkage, unstable dyes, fringe separation, or damage resulting from stretching or improper prior care. Care instructions and fiber conditions vary; full restoration cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may incur a fee.
